Our Team
Sam Vilhauer: Owner
Sam has a long family history in the construction business. He started in floor covering where his father operated Drywall Contractors, Inc. a floor covering retail and installation operation. Sam then moved into home building in the 80’s and has been building custom homes since. Sam has vast knowledge in construction as well as a true passion for customer service and quality assurance.
Joni Vilhauer: Owner
Joni initially managed the accounting side of the S. Vilhauer Company in its early years before turning her focus towards her true passion as an interior designer. She possesses a gift for making a house a home and has designed the interiors and exteriors of many of the homes we have built. Joni is involved from the grass roots of our custom home projects where design is requested, and brings one more level of service to the S. Vilhauer custom home building experience.
